Midas Henok – Our client is a company that’s into importation, sales and after sales and servicing of OEM Industrial Coding Machines and other consumables, servicing the manufacturing and production sector.

They are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Administrative Officer

Location: Lagos


  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
  • Maintain and update company databases.
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Answer queries by employees and clients.
  • Update office policies as needed.


  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification with a minimum of 4 years work experience.

  • Bookkeeping.
  • Appointment setting skills.
  • Calendar management skills.
  • Filing skills.
  • Record-keeping skills.

N70,000 – N80,000 monthly.
