We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Head, Business Development / Marketing
Employment Type: Full-time
Department: Business Development / Marketing Department
Reports To: MD / CEO
- Responsible for Managing and coordinating revenue generation drive, market expansion and market penetration activities through Business Partners and Direct marketing Channels.
The Job Holder has the following responsibilities:
- Increase client base by contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
- Plan and oversee new business expansion initiatives by developing growth strategies and plans
- Coordinate Team activities to achieve the targets set by line Manager/ CEO
- Following industry trends locally and internationally
- Ensure enduring relationship between company and prospective as well as pre-existing clients
- Develop quotes and proposals for clients when required
- Negotiating with stakeholders when required
- Submit periodic reports of team achievements
- Research business opportunities and viable income streams
- All other tasks as assigned by CEO
Key Performance Objectives and Indicators
- Achieve monthly Team target
- Efficient management of Client relationships
- Minimum of B.Sc in any Social Science or Business related course
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in any Sales Role
