Execute Service work with low to medium complexity according to work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. Deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers. In close co-operation with customer and other ABB teams, take actions to identify new Service business opportunities for ABB, and ensuring that the company is represented professionally, ethically, with high code of conduct, and ensuring to achieve the financial and commercial targets of the company.
Your responsibilities

  • Responsible to perform service tasks like installation and commissioning of equipment and routine maintenance independently, identifies technical problems and makes analysis through remote or on-site activity in different Service categories (installation and commissioning, routine maintenance, extensions, replacements etc.).
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction by executing Service work according to customer order and expectation. Maintain a good relationship with customers. Identify new sales opportunities and communicates them internally.
  • Coordinate, prepare and ensure that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for service activities.
  • Prepare all documents and reports to be signed by the customer representative. Reports work done in a timely manner and follows up when needed.
  • Troubleshoot simple equipment failure and makes recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future.
  • Provide recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service.
  • Apply safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities. Reports unsafe practices and incidents.
  • Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

  • Must have degree majored in Electrical, Software, Automation related engineering discipline or any equivalences.
  • +3 years of engineering experience on drive or power protection system or electrical/control engineering relevant business.
  • Certified Industry Electric Engineer, Electric Engineer, or Power Electronics Engineer are preferred.
  • Business level in verbal and written English.
  • Those who are not disqualified for traveling abroad, and who are willing to travel > 30% of his / her time.
