    • Oversee all customer service-related issues.
    • Managing incoming calls and product inquiries
    • Documenting & Reporting monthly activities in a concise format to Management
    • Update customers weekly on orders
    • Manage Customers orders documentation
    • Meet with customers regularly by escorting sales managers on field trips
    • Visit project sites to ensure customer satisfaction and job execution
    • Oversee external vendors deliverables
    • Liaise with production management to ensure all information for clients are correct and current
    • Derive at ‘Aftercare’ procedures and processes for all closed clients both old and new
    • Manage showroom appearance and maintenance weekly without fail (close of each day)
    • Learn product names prices, details for prompt information sharing with sales department & prospects enquiries
    • Follow up all delivery schedules to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Set reasonable customer satisfaction goals and work with the various departments to meet them consistently.
    • Interact with customers daily, responding to their questions and guiding them to the appropriate products team & service.
    • Create and implement an effective customer loyalty program.
    • Accomplishes customer service human resource
    • Preparing and completing action plans, initiating production job sheets, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards;
    • Resolving problems by identifying customer service trends.


    • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
    • Track record of over-achieving quota
    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • University degree
