Job Title: Human Resources Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Work closely with various departments, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
- Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization.
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
- Recruit staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting,interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Develop and implement policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures, and absence management.
- Periodic update of staff handbooks.
- Administer payroll and maintain employee records and statutory benefits.
- Deal with grievances and implement disciplinary procedures.
- Develop HR planning strategies, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements.
- Develop training and development needs in conjunction with departmental managers.
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
- Maintain employee records (attendance, staff data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance Competencies.
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in Business Administration or any related field of study.
- 3-5 years of experience in similar industry.
Remuneration
N230,000 – N250,000 Monthly.
