Job Title: Nurse / Midwife (RN-RM)
Location: Rivers
Job Description
- Provide nursing care for routine and emergency cases
- Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
- Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide for treatments according to physician’s orders
- Provide perinatal, medical and surgical day to day nursing care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed nursing documentation on medical, (outpatient and inpatient), maternity, and surgical patients.
- Assist surgeons during operations and provide nursing wound care.
Requirements
- Candidates must be a double-qualified Nurse (i.e. RN-RM) and possess current practicing nursing licenses as both a Registered Nurse (RN) and Registered Midwife (RM) registered with Nursing Council of Nigeria.
- Possess a 1 – 2 years post-NYSC in-hospital work experience.
- Only candidate residing (or relocating to) near the hospital premises will be considered.
Salary
N60,000 – N80,000 Monthly.
