Job Title: Production Assistant
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
- The role will handle, Design, Fabrication & Installation of Signage.
- The Production Assistant is a multi-skilled position responsible for all activities associated with the production and operation of signages.
- Design new systems & processes and provide facilities & methods to ensure the cost-effective integration of new products or for the improvement of existing ones into manufacturing operations.
- Making our production and operations safer and more standardized.
- Ensuring product and process quality meets the specifications required.
- Oversee production and installation of signages
- Plan and organize the maintenance of signage of customers.
- Ensure quality control and assurance of our products and services.
- Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
- Keep up with current and developing engineering trends.
- Ultimately, we are looking for people who are able to work with a culturally diverse group of technical individuals whose skill set covers the range required to engineer, operate and maintain signage production.

Ideal Candidate Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND, B.S, or B.Eng. qualifications.
- Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of working experience.
- Professional accreditation with an industry-related body would be advantageous.
- Ability to use CAD such as Sketchup, Cinema 4D, Revit, etc.
- Must have Excellent Communication skills.
- Must have very Good Computer knowledge and be Social media savvy.
- Excellent writing, speaking, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to be proactive, take ownership, and initiative.
- A passion for building amazing products and user experiences.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
