Job Title: Property Sales Executive

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time


  • Executes sales strategy for the company, including the achievement of sales targets and other KPIs. Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with prospective clients.


  • Identify potential clients to promote sales of properties, follow up and close business deals
  • Accompany clients for property inspection meetings
  • Prepare proposals and preparing presentations for prospective clients
  • Manage the sales process
  • Prepare activity log and sales visits reports.

Qualification, Experience, and Skills

  • Estate Management / equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in real estate sales
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to multi-task
  • Must be enthusiastic with strong interpersonal skills.

N70,000 monthly.
