Job Title: Property Sales Executive
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
- Executes sales strategy for the company, including the achievement of sales targets and other KPIs. Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with prospective clients.
- Identify potential clients to promote sales of properties, follow up and close business deals
- Accompany clients for property inspection meetings
- Prepare proposals and preparing presentations for prospective clients
- Manage the sales process
- Prepare activity log and sales visits reports.
Qualification, Experience, and Skills
- BSc.in Estate Management / equivalent
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in real estate sales
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must be a self-starter and be able to multi-task
- Must be enthusiastic with strong interpersonal skills.
