Are you a LEAN Professional with a proven track record in service improvement in a manufacturing or production environment? If you are looking for a role within a global organisation specialising in renewable energy and innovation, then we want to hear from you!

Business Improvement>Service Lean>Operational Excellence APC
Global Service Lean team is responsible for driving further our Service Businesses’ continuous improvement and operational excellence culture. We drive the process for strategy deployment, work on establishing global concepts, and execute breakthrough improvements based on world-class methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. While maintaining high Safety and Quality standards, you will collaborate with our service sites and support to implement service lean roadmap to increase their maturity.

Responsibilities
• Secure Lean tools deployment
• Assess training needs
• Facilitate Kaizen events to drive improvements
• Reduce operational costs through Lean implementation and development
• Inform and support regional Service Directors, Area Service Managers, and Supervisors
• Facilitate share of Lean best practices across different regions or platforms
• Drive and support Service continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 3-5 years of hands-on Continuous Improvement experience and track record of success
• Experience with LEAN in a variety of environments (i.e. operations, manufacturing, transactional)
• Certification in LEAN or Six Sigma (i.e. Green Belt, Black Belt, or any equivalent certifications)

Competencies
• Must possess influence and persuasiveness, and have strong interpersonal skills
• Experience with change management and implementation
• Experience driving improvements based on Value Stream and communicating the next steps towards the future state in a way that our technicians understand
• Ability to create impact and connect & manage stakeholders
• Able to follow up in different countries and with multi-cultural teams
• Strong written & verbal presentation and communication skills in English and other Asian Languages (optional)

Additional Information
• This role is to be located out of our office in Seoul (Korea).
• Extensive travel will be required (up to 60%), mainly across ASIA region to support our Service sites.
