Vestas NCE Poland is responsible for sales, construction, and servicing of wind projects in the Polish market. Service Sales works with multiple functions in an international environment to deliver on Vestas “profitable growth” strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Build and foster good customer relationships
  • Seek out business opportunities from your accounts
  • Work on new wind turbine sales project and help to win new orders
  • Negotiate and close sales of fleet optimisation and Multibrand contracts for selected customers
  • Build commercial business cases and offers for internal and external sales
  • Manage all aspects of the service sales processes to contract closure including; pricing, business case approval, and contract negotiation
  • Actively position Vestas as the preferred supplier with our key accounts

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s in degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or equivalent
  • Sales experience within a comparable environment
  • Knowledge and experience of working with contracts
  • Experience in dealing with customers
  • Experience of negotiation
  • Knowledge of the wind industry would be advantageous or experience in the power generation or similar business sectors
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications
  • Polish and English – fluent orally and written

Competencies

  • Ambitious, motivated with a good business understanding
  • Good with customers and can demonstrate sales skills
  • Structured and organised working practices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with different stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel 1-3 days per week when necessary

As Account Manager Service Sales, you will join an enthusiastic service sales team in Vestas Northern and Central Europe with organisational reference to the Head of Service Sales of the region.

Additional information
This position include temporary contract for replacement to October 2020.

After that period there might be possibility to receive standard contract.

You will work at our office in Szczecin.
