The University of Lagos (a.ka. UNILAG) is one of Nigeria’s best and popular tertiary institutions. It is owned and operated by the Federal Government. The university was established 1962 and located in Lagos State, southwestern Nigeria.

In this article, we’ll be looking at the university’s student portal, how to register and check results.

How to register on UNILAG Student Portal

  1. Go to the university’s website www. studentportal.unilag.edu.ng
  2. Your UTME number is the username. And your surname in lower case letters is the password.
  3. Generate and print a payment slip
  4. Take it to any commercial bank around you to make payments.
  5. After making the payment, log in to your account.
  6. Then, upload your O’level result and your passport photograph.
  7. Proceed to print your screening registration form. This will be used to enter the examination hall on the day of your exam.

How to check Results on UNILAG Student Portal

To check your results on UNILAG portal, follow the guide below

  1. Go to www.unilag.edu.ng=
  2. Click on Post UTME aptitude test result
  3. Select
    the year of the Post UTME result e.g 2019/2020
  4. Then
    follow the onscreen commands to view your result.

Admission
Requirements for UNILAG

Below are the basic admission requirements for candidates
who want to sit for the post UTME of UNILAG;

  • Candidate must have scored of 200 or more in the
    UTME examination and picked the university as their first choice.
  • Candidate must possess a minimum of five credit
    pass at “one” sitting in subjects that are relevant to their course
    of chosen.
  • The candidate is not allowed to present an
    awaiting O’level result.
  • Candidate must be sixteen years and above as at
    the time of admission.
